I could not be happier with our new closets. Closet Works did an outstanding job on our two walk in closets. My husband and I are so happy with the beautiful organizational pieces that were installed. From sales to scheduling to installation, it was very efficient and professional experience. I could not be happier with our new closets. They are beyond functional and look better than we could have imagined. Our designer Sue went out of her way to accommodate the unpredictability of our new construction project while remaining warm, detailed, and patient. Adam and his installation team also went out of their way to pull together, and complete our job as promised, despite my project's numerous delays . BRAVO CLOSET WORKS! James H. — Google Review

I have always used Closet Works for all my organizing projects. Sue Trainor is exceptional and knows exactly what to do to get as much space used and organized. The installer on the job today was also exceptional and he had the job done in less than an hour. I am now completely organized and love how everything looks. I give Closet Works an A++. Holy moly!! Call them. Bring them into your life. Bring them to save you from closet sadness. Sue Trainor was beyond amazing, completely personable, and totally professional. She was on time, easy to talk to about what we wanted, flexible when we needed her to be, and super great in general. The quality of the construction, the efficiency of the installers, and the entire experience was excellent. Go. Go now. Go quickly. Hooray for Closet Works!! Kristen M. — Yelp Review

This review is long over due. Sue Trainor from closet works came out and get us some suggestions for 2 closets and then sent an estimate and proposal/designs. They were just fabulous. She really listened to me and every time I look at our closets, I am very happy. It's been probably about a year since we had them done, and I love them. They look really pretty. They were affordable too. Any money I spent was worth the lack of closet aggrevation I had prior to stuff falling out of it every time. They have made our life easier and helped turn chaos into more order. I highly recommend this company and especially Sue. It was a great experience. Also, I couldn't believe how quick the team installed our two closets. It was just a few hours if that! I was shocked at the speed. Again ask for Sue T. Jim C. — Yelp Review

Mrs Trainor, the designer, was professional and knowledgeable about what would work best while ensuring that I maximized my closet spaces based upon what I wanted. She was good at explaining the design process and patiently revised the plan as I made small changes. The installers showed up and completed the job on time with professionalism and pleasantness. This was my third time using Closet Works - and Sue Trainor as the designer. We moved and needed additional storage in our new "downsized' home so back to Sue's drawing board. They know their products and the designs have given me much more storage space- really excellent experience overall. (A side note- I used California Closets for our Florida condo because Closet Works is local and found them to be of lesser quality and I had to lead the designer they sent through the process) Closet Works is first rate! Sue Trainor at Closet Works did (as still is doing) a terrific job in dsign and implementation. She works so hard to listen and think about your needs and provide creative solutions. She stands by results and makes herself available pretty much any hour, it seems. She's been part of multiple projects and the end results are always terrific. And she's thoughtful, personable and not at all salesperson-like. Thanks, Sue! Jeffrey F. — Yelp Review

Well designed closets. Design consultant Sue made good design ideas. Even after three years, when there were some repairs, it was taken care of as soon as possible. Divakaran A. — Google Review

We are beyond thrilled with the job done by Closet Works on our apartment. We initially came across Closet Works just by convenience when we walked into their store on Clybourn. We then read all positive reviews on Yelp and Angie's List. We worked with Sue as our designer and Juan as our installer. Our initial consultation with Sue was great. She wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and offered up great suggestions on how to utilize our space. We have an apartment with tall ceilings and Sue put together a design that made our closet seem to be twice the size. She incorporated tall hangers, shoe shelves, storage shelves and areas where we could store our luggage - things we normally wouldn't think of. She made our choice very easy and we were able to have an installation done within 10 days. Closet Works accommodated our busy schedules and let us schedule an evening installation. Juan was very professional and hard-working. He was very cautious in moving things in to our apartment, cleaned up after the installation and asked if we had questions. From a cost standpoint Closet Works is very competitive but they absolutely blow away the competition with their superb customer service (Sue was so responsive to our inquiries), their materials and their warranty. Plus, we get 2 hours with an organizing service! We absolutely recommend and stand by them!! Patrick L. — Yelp Review
