Modern Floating Media Center with Flip-Down Doors & Wire Management

Modern Media Center Design

This modern media center design was created as a continuation of a new, contemporary theme throughout the entire home (see Entryway Remodel: Modern Mudroom & Laundry Room Cabinetry for more samples). With a fresh and modern feel, the design is a floating unit with frosted glass inserts placed inside Shaker Mission doors in a warm, grey Breakwater laminate. The design has an outward minimalist look but as you take a further look, careful detailing was included for wire management in the interior of the system. Special cut-outs were made for wires to pass through the compartments and a grommet allows clear access to connect to the television.
