In a small room with a slanted ceiling and rich, cobalt blue walls, this space was just asking for a system that would be outstanding in both fashion and function. With the convenience of a Queen-sized wall bed, the expansive design becomes comfortable sleeping quarters and is also a showstopping display when folded down. The design is in a Morning Dew laminate with a Vintage color backer for some stylish contrast. Additional stylish features include 11 warm LED puck lights — 6 of which are installed in a custom overhang that was designed for the system. A step-pattern of upper shelving are a creative and strategic way to maximize storage along the slant of the room. Along the walls, a custom workspace was designed to pair with the wall bed, also in Morning Dew with accent Vintage countertops. The panels have custom scalloping for wires to pass through easily, in addition to countertop grommets.
