To Our Closet Works Customers & Friends,

The last few months have brought unprecedented challenges to all of our lives and businesses. As we navigate in this dynamic and changing environment, we are continuing to place the health and safety of our customers, employees and the community at the forefront of everything we do.

We remain open and excited to perform work for you in your home! We recognize that many of you have projects underway and require our services for the safety and comfort of your homes. Be assured that even under the latest state stay-at-home order regarding the closure of businesses, our construction business is deemed essential, and is therefore able to operate to safely complete the project work in your home. (See Attached letter from Illinois Department of Commerce).

We continue to follow the latest CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and state guidelines to ensure the safety and welfare of our teams while providing work on your project. While open, we remain committed to run a "Clean and Organized" business to serve everyone this includes:

  • All of our team members have been trained to uphold safe hygiene practices and social distancing (min. 6 ft.) both within and outside workplace under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
  • Temperature checks are performed daily for members of our team entering your home
  • Our installers are equipped with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including face shields, masks and hand sanitizer
    • Upon arrival to your residence our installers will be wearing face shields
    • During handling/moving in of materials face shields and gloves will be used
    • During installation while working within the space face shields and/or masks (face covering) will be worn by our installers based upon client indicated preferences
    • Frequent hand washing (in agreed upon designated area) within your home
    • Note: Gloves will not be used during the actual installation of material within the space due to power tool safety reasons
  • Continued enforcement of our policy of not allowing employees who are ill or showing signs of illness to come to work or into your home
  • Upon completion of installation, system is wiped down with cleaning solution

In order to protect our employees, we ask you to practice social distance of at least 6 feet during day of installation. In addition, if you are sick or have flu-like symptoms prior to in-home installation please call us immediately to adjust scheduling of your in-home Installation at 630-592-4518.

As a local, family-run company, it is our hope to keep as many of our staff working as we have done for the past 33 years. We appreciate your continued support of our business and look forward to being able to safely serve your needs during these very difficult times

Stay safe Chicago.

Continued good health to you and your families.
