In order to control outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) the Illinois Governor, JB Pritzker has issued a "Stay at Home Order" Friday March 20, 2020. With this Order Non-Essential business in Illinois are forced to Close during this Order.
Closet Works has a 33-year history of operating in Illinois and plans on continue to legally run the business according to the requests of this Order.
The Order provides for multiple exceptions of business types. Closet Wreorks is EXEMPT from this order due to the classification as an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS and will continue operation of our business.
COVID-19 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.8 indicates the following areas of Exemption.
As a result of being EXEMPT, Closet Works will continue to Design, Sell, Manufacturer, Install and/or Ship during the duration of this Executive Order Currently in place from Saturday March 20th @ 5:00 PM (CST) thru Tuesday April 7.
The health of our employees and clients is very important. This week we are expanding our mobilization efforts to maximize the amount of staff that can complete their job functions from home.
While open, we remain committed to run a "Clean and Organized" business to serve everyone.
We are monitoring updates from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), WHO (The World Health Organization) and following the guidelines and taking the necessary provisions for compliance as we continue to operate to serve our valued clients. Below is a list of preventative measures we have taken.
Our showroom will be CLOSED during the duration of the Order.
In addition, any employees with flu-like symptoms are asked to stay home and consult with medical professionals. Outside visits from Vendors is prohibited, Daily cleaning of offices and factory, Staff are practicing Social Distancing within office.
In order to protect our employees, if you are Sick or have Flu-Like Symptoms prior to In-Home Design Consultation or Installation please call to adjust scheduling of Consultation or Installation.
