Design
Professional Closet Works' designers produce design solutions that maximize space utilization and organization. We recognize that there will be a period of time for you to adapt to your new systems. Thus, for 90 days following installation, Closet Works will make any adjustments you desire to existing shelving and hanging configurations at no charge, and will buy back any materials you feel are unnecessary.
Workmanship
All Closet Works laminate material, hang rods and accessories are the highest quality and will not deteriorate or lose their effectiveness. For as long as you own your system, Closet Works will repair or replace materials that fail, if they have been subjected to normal use.
All Closet Works veneer systems feature the natural beauty and warmth of real woods. Part of the beauty comes from irregularities in color and grain. Thus, variations among component parts are to be expected. Wood finishes are fragile and require the same care as any wood furniture. We are not able to offer repairs or restoration for damages to veneer finishes that occur after our installation.
